	Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars payable by personal check or money order. No refunds are granted for weather-related issues.
	Cancellation Policy: More than 90 days prior to scheduled check-in date – Cancellations will result in full refund of all moneys received, less a $100.00 administration fee.
	Rules: 50% deposit is due within 10 days of reservation. The remainder is due 45 days before check-in. Sorry, no pets or smoking are allowed on the premises. Absolutely no exceptions. Rates are subject to change.
