Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars;

Fall 2006 - 2 Night Weekend Rate is $780 + cleaning fee; Fall 2006 - 3 Night Weekend Rate is $1080 + cleaning fee; Early December has a weekend rate for $620 + cleaning fee prior to December 21st. Subsequent nights are offered at a reduced rate;
Rates are in $US and subject to change without notice.
All Summer Rentals are for a full week - Saturday to Saturday;
Non-Summer Rental - Off Peak Value Season Rates (Fall/Winter/Spring) and Long Weekend Rates are negotiable based on availability.
2 Night Minimum Fall/Winter/Spring.

Cancellation Policy: Once the reservation has been made, if you must cancel, notify us immediately. The deposit will be refunded minus a $50.00 service charge after the unit has been re-rented. If cancellation occurs within 30 days (60 days for summer season) of arrival, tenant is responsible for full payment if not re-rented. Every effort will be made to re-rent the unit, but if it cannot be rented, the deposit will be forfeited
