Cancellation Policy: Cancellation will result in forfeiture of all money paid so far. UNLESS the dates are re-booked, in this case you will receive a refund less a re-booking fee, which is equal to 10% of the total rental amount.

Rules: Maximum Occupancy will be strictly enforced. No pets unless prior authorization has been received. No tents, RV's or similar allowed on the property. A refundable damage deposit will be required. Extra charges may included but not limited to - excessive visitors or parties, damages, missing items, extra cleaning.
