Nightly FALL, WINTER, SPRING Rate
$250.00 - $400.00 (linens supplied)

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation will result in forfeiture of all money paid, UNLESS the dates can be re-booked, in that case, all money paid will be refunded LESS a re-booking fee of 10% of the total rent.

Rules: No pets allowed on the property without prior arrangements. No Tents, Campers, RV's or similar allowed on the property. Maximum occupancy will be strictly enforced. A refundable damage deposit is required. Extra charges would result from, but not limited to; Going over the max. occ., parties, damanges, extra cleaning required, missing items, unauthorized pets.
