Rules:
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. KEYS: a spare key can be secured from the Manager.
2. TRASH REMOVAL: All trash shall be immediately placed in dumpsters provided. Manager is responsible to regularly remove trash to East Bay Township Compactor site.
3. MOTOR VEHICLES: Only operable, insured motor vehicles used on a regular basis shall be allowed to park in the designated parking area. There shall not be more than two regularly parked vehicles per cottage.
4. PETS: Residents and their guests will keep no pets without prior written consent of Managers.
5. MAINTENANCE CALLS: Call Ron Kage for maintenance and other business matters during the day 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Reserve other hours for emergency calls only. You can reach Ron at work 231-946-5110 or cell 231-631-5688
6. PLUMBING: Tenant will be held responsible for any misuse of the plumbing facilities resulting in damage or clogging. Please Do Not place anything but human bodily eliminations and toilet paper in the septic system. The tenant shall not allow any hair, string, threads, rags, sanitary napkins or rubbish of any kind to enter the drainage or waste water pipes of the rented premises.
7. YARDS: Tenants are to keep the yard safe at all times. Please keep personal belongings out of the parking area.
8. END OF WEEKLY RENTAL: Please make an appointment with Managers to final inspect the property at checkout.
9. Check In time is after 4 PM on Saturday starting the weekly rental. Check Out time is 10 AM on the following Saturday. Please be aware that we need time to clean thoroughly between tenants. We like to provide a clean and comfortable cottage.
