	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Parties over 12 - $10 per person per night. $300 refundable cleaning fee if left without damage. 50% deposit due within 15 days of reservation. Balance due in full 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
	Cancellation Policy: 30 days cancellation, if cancelled 25% of deposit will not be refunded.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. For full week, check-in/check-out is Sunday is Sunday, Check-in is 4:00 PM, check-out is 11:00 AM.
