Payment Policy: All other months $600.00 per week Daily rental $105.00; Please add 6.5% Minnesota sales tax to all rentals less than 1 month. A Mandatory minnimum Cleaning fee $50.00 shall be assessed. All reservations shall be held with a $200.00 deposit, 50% refundable if another vacationer takes your full reserved period.
