Payment Policy: Deposit of $400 is due at time of reservation. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable in full upon completion of stay if there is no damage. Deposit is refundable if cancelled 3 weeks or more in advance of stay. Deposit is refundable,less $150 if canceled less than 3 weeks prior to stay.

Rules: Damage Policy: If we identify damage to the property upon your departure or if excess cleaning is necessary, your credit card will immediately be charged for any excess damage or cleaning fees over the deposit amount for the estimated cost of repair, replacement, and cleaning. If there is no damage, your credit card will be credited back the full deposit.
