POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: 1/2 of rent due at booking. Last 1/2 due 2 weeks before arrival date. Price does not include 9% sales tax. We accept personal check or pay pal. When short notice is given, a cashiers check or money order is due on day of arrival in resort office and made payable to Greg Purkeypile.
	Cancellation Policy: Within 4 weeks notice or more of cancellation we will return all of rent. 2 to 4 weeks notice, half of cost of rent will be kept. Less than 2 weeks and all rent will be kept. If condo is rented during time of cancelled booking, all of rent will be returned for those days rented.
	Rules: Sorry! Pets and smoking not allowed in condo. Smoking allowed on deck and front patio.
	Check In Time: 4:00 PM Check Out Time: 10:00 AM Time Zone: Central

MAID SERVICE :

Washer and Dryer are in condos for your use. Maid service will clean condos upon your departure.
