	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars In-Season Rates: $350.00 per night w/2 night minimum. Sales/Lodging tax on Rental Rate only 12.725% Cleaning fee: $150.00 per stay Security Deposit: $250.00 Boat Slip per night: $20.00 for 12x28 Boat Slip per night: $50.00 for 14x50 Reservation requires: Cleaning fee & Security deposit Remainder of Rent due 30 days prior to arrival and not less that 15 days prior to arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is a $100.00 fee. For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival and more than 15 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $350.00 or one nights rent, whichever is less. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 15 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. Tenant must obey Condominium Rules.
