	Payment Policy: We accept visa, mastercard and personal checks. Reservation fee ($250) is part of total and due with signed rental agreement. Remainder of balance is due four weeks prior to check in date.
	Cancellation Policy: 8 weeks prior full refund. 8 to 4 weeks we keep reservation fee. 4 weeks or less payment in full is kept or rescheduling is an option.
	Check In Time: 4PM Check Out Time: 11AM Time Zone: Central

MAID SERVICE :

Maid service is availabe for an extra fee. There is a washer and dryer and supplies inthe condo, so you can do a load of personals or towels if you need to.
