	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. Rates varies in betwee: $1395-$1595 Weekly. Your rental includes a complimentary security deposit waiver, covering you for up to $3,000 in accidental damages.
	Cancellation Policy: There is a $200 cancellation fee. If you have to cancel within 60 days of your arrival your deposit will be refunded only if we are able to re-rent your dates. For this reason we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
	Rules: Pets need to be approved by our office. If approved, a pet fee will be added to your quote.
