Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

We accept credit cards via paypal and checks at least 30 days before your arrival date. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations outside of 45 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of deposits paid to date, less cancellation fee of $50. Refunds for cancellations within 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date are subject to re-rental of the unit, less cancellation fee of $100. Should the unit not be re-rented, all basic rental fees are forfeited, and the full security deposit will be refunded.

Rules: Hot Tub Rules: This hot tub is not treated with chemicals. To keep it clean and fresh all users must shower before entry to remove oils, sand or other contaminants. Should additional cleaning of the tub be necessary after your stay, a fee of $350 will be charged. So, please make sure everyone showers first as this will prevent excessive contamination. Children and pregnant women should not use hot tub. Nevada law does not allow anyone under the age of 15 in hot tubs. Please cover hot tub after each use. Garbage: Garbage pick-up is on Thursday morning. Please place garbage can by the curb. Due to bears and other wild animals, all trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured. Smoking Policy: Smoking is NOT permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the front deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
