	Payment Policy: Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds We accept PayPal for deposits, rent and cleaning fees. Outstanding balances are due in Cash on arrival. Checks and Money Orders must clear our bank two weeks before guests' arrival. $100 Refundable Security Deposit due upon Booking. $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: All cancellations forfeit the $100 security deposit.
	Rules: Rules: Absolutely No Pets Allowed! Offenders will forfeit their $100 security deposit. Absolutely No Smoking! Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Smoking is permitted outside on paved areas or in the garden. Please properly dispose of butts and do not bring them inside the house or leave them on the ground, walks or drive. Parking is permitted in the carport, on the drive and on the street. Please do not block the neighbors' drives or park in front of their homes.
