Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
$795.00 three nights.
(Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations & December 22nd through January 1st): $1,900.00 per week.
We charge an $100 cleaning fee for each stay. We require that a $500 security deposit be held on a credit card during each stay. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay if there are no missing or damaged items, or if extensive cleaning is not necessary.
These rates do not include the 12% local room tax which we are required to charge on stays under 28 days.
