Cancellation Policy: Reservations: ALL reservations require a non-refundable guarantee of one night’s rent or $300.00, whichever is greater, unless cancelled within seven (7) days of making the reservation. All reservations are subject to a $35.00 non-refundable fee. RENT IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, IN FULL. RENT IS DUE 90 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL FOR HOLIDAYS. CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN FORTY-FIVE DAYS OF THE DATE OF ARRIVAL ARE SUBJECT TO FULL FORFEITURE OF THE RENT. SECURITY DEPOSIT GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO POST A CREDIT CARD VOUCHER (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover) at time of check-in, which will be held as security. If no additional charges, damages, or excess cleaning is incurred during the stay, the voucher will be destroyed 30 days after guest's departure. For certain high end properties, the guest is required to post a Security deposit of $2,000.00 on a credit card, said deposit to be held for 7 days after guest's departure at which time it will be refunded in full, subject to any guest caused damage or missing items.

FOR LATE OR SUNDAY CHECK-IN PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT: 775-588-8258 TO MAKE SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS. ONLY “PAID-IN-FULL” RESERVATIONS WILL BE ENTITLED TO ARRANGE FOR LATE CHECK-IN. Check-Out: is 10:00 AM. If for some reason you need to extend your check-out time and the unit is not booked, we have a special one-half day charge. Please call the rental office to make any late check-out arrangements.
