Cancellation Policy: When we are notified 60 days prior first day of the rental, full refund of the rental amount will be made. A fee of $50 will be applied against all confirmed reservations that are canceled. However, when cancellation is given for a shorter period of time, less than 60 days, no refund will be made until the cabin is re-rented for an equal or greater period of time. There are no refunds due to weather or road closures. All cancellations will be confirmed with the renter via phone. If you have not received a call, please contact us again to make sure we received the cancellation notice.
