Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.
Reservations - are confirmed with a deposit of $75.00 per night.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to arrival date.
Personal check, MasterCard & Visa accepted.

 
Cancellation Policy: Deposits/payments are non-refundable unless we are able to "re-book" the cottage. In the event you must cancel your reservations, we will make every attempt to "re-book" your reserved dates, thus offering 2 options: 1) refunding deposits/payments, less a 25% handling fee OR 2) applying deposits/payments to alternate reservation dates, less a $25 re-booking fee.
