Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars.

Deposits: Initial deposit to be determined with lease signing. Secuirty deposit required of $300.

Other Fees: Optional cleaning service for your departure. The cost is $100 and we expect that everything is in the same condition received, trash and recyclables also placed in their respective receptacles or left at curbside if an assigned pick up day.

Returned Check Fee of $25.00.

 
Cancellation Policy: Full refund prior to 60 days of arrival. Within 30 days, deposit retained until re-rented, $300 cancellation fee may apply.

 
Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
