POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. $500 Deposit required to hold reservation Full payment required 60 days in advance $500 Security Deposit Required on Weekly Rentals 3% surcharge on credit card purchases.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 90 days before arrival subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival subject to a $300.00 cancellation fee. After 60 days full rent is charged unless another tenant is secured for the dates. If another tenant is secured cancellation fee is the difference plus a $50.00 processing fee.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their security deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the Condo. Smoking is permitted on the front deck. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. The garage can be used for parking of up to two cars. Additional parking is available on the sides of the building on a first come bases. There is a $75.00 fee for a lost parking permit card.
