	Payment Policy: RENTAL INFORMATION and DEPOSITS 1/3 of rent due within 10 days of receiving Lease(will be e-mailed) Balance due 30 days prior to rental period. $450 security deposit due with final payment. No Pets, No Smoking. One-week minimum rental (Saturday 2 PM - Saturday 10 AM) Occupancy strictly limited to eight without prior written approval.
	Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation occurs, a refund will be provided in the amount that the unit is re-rented for.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the deck or outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
