Payment Policy: POLICIES: Payment Policy: A short term lease will govern your rental. Deposit payment is due within 5 days of receipt of the lease or space can be cancelled. We accept, cash, credit card, pay pal and checks. Full payment is due as specified in the lease.

Cancellation Policy: No Refunds after April 1. Cancellation insurance is available from American Express. No refunds after rental begins. This spacious oceanfront home is available from $4200-$13000 per week. We ask for a $1000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days. The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time).

Rules: Rules: Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security. After you have confirmed the available dates for your stay, we will hold your reservation for five days, pending the receipt of your deposit. We accept cash; traveler’s checks and major credit cards and Pay Pal. (please add 4% for credit card processing). The home has a certificate of occupancy for 12 persons. 12 Beach Passes are available with this rental. Additional passes may be purchased at the entrance to the beach on Washington Ave.
