There is a $500 security deposit fee. This is not included in the rental fee. Security deposit will be returned via mail within a week after check-out less any damaged or missing items.

Rules: Families Only. Sorry, no pets, but there is a great kennell 10 minutes away that allows you to visit and take your pet out for visits during the day.
You will receive the house in a very clean state. We ask for you to return it in the same manner.
