Payment Policy: A $250 initial reservation deposit is required to hold the week for two weeks until the lease can be signed and returned with a 50% deposit. At that time your reservation is secured. The balance is due 45 days prior to check in with the balance of the security/damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel after your have returned your lease, the payment will only be refunded if the unit is re-rented, which usually is the case. There will be a $250 relisting fee assessed. If you cancel within 45 day, then the full amount is due and there is no refund.

Rules: For groups that are under the age of 25, the size of the group is limited to 10. You will be required to provide the names, addresses, phone numbers, and parents names of the occupants. There will be an increased security damage deposit, as well as a credit card on file. A parent must also sign the lease. Any calls to the police, or use of illegal drugs, underage drinking will cause the tenents to terminate the rental agreement and they will be required to check out immediately.
