	Payment Policy: SENIOR / COLLEGE WEEKS 2009 : May 31 - September 5: $2100 per week (first floor) $2000 per week (second floor) (Check-in 4pm, Check-out 10am, $500 security deposit required) *** Please check the Availability Calendar first! If this property is already booked, we may have other properties available.
	Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within sixty (60) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
	Rules: NO HOUSE PARTIES: Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night.
