$300 refundable security deposit. Deposit will be returned within 2 weeks upon satisfactory inspection.
 
Cancellation Policy: Full refund minus $75.00 administration fee if property is rerented.
 
Rules: $500.00 deposit upon signing of lease agreement. Balance due 30 days before the beginning of the lease.
