Payment Policy: 50% at time of reservation and balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.

Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit Absolutely No Smoking! The locked hallway closet contains our personal items. Please be respectful. The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
