  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of 50% of the total rent is required to confirm booking. Full payment is due upon arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment.
 
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
 
Rules: A small dog will be considered with additional cleaning fee. Absolutely no smoking in the house.
