	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Low Season: $175/night .. $200/weekend night (2 night minimum). High Season:$200/night .. $225/Thurs, Fri. & Sat. nights (3 night minimum). Holidays:$250/night for holiday and weekend (4 night minimum). Plus taxes and a $65 - $100 cleaning fee Discounts for cash payment, groups less than 5 and stays longer than minimum. Accept debit and credit cards via PayPal or over the phone
	Cancellation Policy: For full refund 30 days notice. Half refund of deposit with 10 day notice or full refund if rebooked.

MAID SERVICE :

There is a cleaning fee of $65 to $100 depending on size of party. This is waived if stay is longer than minimums. For month long stays, there is a mid-month light cleaning included in the rate.
