Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Checks, cash or cashier's checks accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Prior to 90 days, a $50 fee will be charged and refund deposit. 30 - 60 days out will be half rent unless I can rent it and loss of deposit. After 30 days till rent, full amount is lost, unless I can rent it and have no loss of income. The deposit will always be forfeited. During Holidays, full loss unless i can rent it without loss of income. Thanks.

Rules: No animals allowed. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Must lock doors upon departure turn thermostate to 55 in winter months. Eight people is the maximum number guests allowed. A small baby may be an exception with approval.
