Security Deposit 10%
A security deposit of 10% will be returned within 10 business days of departure if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after your stay. You will be charged for missing items and/or damage done to the property. Utilities, pool service and garbage disposal will be deducted from security deposit
PETS are considered with an extra security deposit.
A small dog or cats will be considered with small additional cleaning fee.
Garbage and Pool service
Garbage pick up and pool service on a flexible schedule.
Due to wild life, all trash should be placed in garbage can with the lid tightly secured.
Smoking Policy:
Absolutely No Smoking!
Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the back deck or front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly not on property grounds.
Fireplace:
Firewood is supplied
Open the flue before lighting a fire.
Telephones:
Local and long distance calls are free. Use your own card for international calls.
Owners Closet:
The attic and garage contains our personal items. Offlimmits.
On Departure:
All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival.
The kitchen should be relatively clean, dishes washed.
The thermostat should be turned to 55 degrees during winter months. Air-conditioning off
All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can behind house behind gate.
Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings.
Please close all blinds and curtains. Lock all windows and doors.
Leave keys on kitchen table.
Tenants are responsible for their own belongings and safety. Any accident or damage to property incurred by tenants or their guests are the responsibility of the Tenant. Renter's insurance is an option.
