Nightly $400 - $500 Minimum Night Stay 3 days.

Weekly or monthly - Contact Owner

Security deposit of $300 also required which will be refunded within 7 nts of end of stay..

Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
 
Cancellation Policy: 1 night non refundable deposit required to reserve stay. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No cancellation within 30 days of arrival unless I can re-rent the condo. 60 day cancellation required for holiday stays.
 
Rules: No Smoking - No Pets

Check Out Time: 11:00am

  MAID SERVICE :
  We provide maid service at the end of your stay of 4 days or more. $125 charge for 3 night stays.
