Cancellation Policy: We have a stringent cancellation policy because we only have one beach house to rent. We hope that you understand our business position. Should you make a reservation, then fail to utilize this, we will do our best to re-rent the house. However, we reserve the right to retain all funds received, other than security deposit, unless the house is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If re-rented, we retain only a $150.00 administrative fee.

Rules: CLEANING I don't charge an up front cleaning fee, rather I let me renters decide if they want to restore the home to pre-rental condition. It is entirely up to you if you want to do the cleaning. Any cleaning left undone is deducted from your security at a rate of $25 per cleaning hour. It will usually take between 3-4 hours to get the home in pre-rental condition, depending on the amount of towels and linens used. SMOKING For the comfort of other guests that will follow you, we ask that you do not smoke in the house, but you are welcome to smoke outside. We ask that you dispose of the butts properly. Smoking in the house will result in loss of your security deposit. LINENS & TOWELS On your arrival, the beds in the three bedrooms will be made up. There are also extra blankets located in each bedroom for your comfort. Bathroom and kitchen towels are provided but you may want to bring your own beach towels.
