Shorecrest Bed & Breakfast policies:
The Shorecrest Inn is a small property where every guest reservation made is both important and special to us. The cost of one nights stay or 50% of the entire reservation will be charged to your credit card to reserve the room. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $35 processing fee per room.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during both high and low season periods and for some special requests. The following are the general policies:
May to November there is a 2 night minimum on weekends.
A three night minimum is required on Holiday weekends (Memorial, Independence, Labor, Columbus, Valentine's, and Thanksgiving.)
Off Season, Mid-week and extended stay rates available as noted on reservation calendar. All prices are plus tax.
Beach House
The same general policies apply with some modifications.
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 25% of the entire rental. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Travel Insurance is advised.
