	Payment Policy: All monies up front with 1000 minimum deposit less propane, any damages and final clean. Long Season Rents for 17 Weekends. With the overall stay costing 55,000 or just $3235.30 a weekend saving you a huge bundle over the normal monthly or even weekend price!
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit will be returned in full, but rental will be returned less the cost loss of re renting the house for that period.
	Rules: No cats, garbage and beverage bottles removed from kitchen daily, Dogs only by increased deposit and promise to keep them off carpets and rugs.
	Check In Time: 3 PM Check Out Time: 3 PM Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

20 Dollars an hour, renters must pay for final clean which ranges from 5 to 10 hours.
