Payment Policy: A $250 reservation deposit is requested to take the week off the market for two weeks until you can review and return the rental agreemtent. After the two weeks, a 50% deposit is required to secure your week. The Initial $250 will be credited towards your security deposit. 45 days prior to check in the balance is due along with the remaining security deposit.

Cancellation Policy: If you change your mind within the initial two weeks, your $250 deposit will be returned. If after the two weeks, then $125 will be charged to relist the property. After you secure your rental with your 50% payment, and you cancel, you will only receive your funds back if we are able to re-rent the unit. (Usually we can due to demand) However there will be a $250 relisting fee. If you cancel within 45 days of your vacation dates, then there is no refund and the whole rent is due in full.

Rules: For Groups that are under the age of 25, a parent must sign the lease, and the group size is limited to 10 people. There is also an increase in the security deposit along with a credit card on file for damage/security.
