  POLICIES :
 
Payment Policy: One half the total amount of fee is due at time of booking. Balance is due prior to arrival. We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, and Discover
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival date. There is a $250.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within the 30 day window are charged for any nights not re-rented plus the $250.00 cancellation fee.
 
Rules: Carolina Moon Luxury Log Cabins is a totally tobacco and tobacco-like products free environment. There are no exceptions. Small to mid-size dogs are allowed in our pet friendly cabin. There is a non-refundable upholstery and rug cleaning fee of $175.00 per pet. There is a limit of two pets.

  MAID SERVICE :
