Off Season Weekly Rate (30% off nightly rate): $1642 for 1 - 6 guests. $98 per week each additional guest. Jan., Feb, March, April, Sept., Nov., Dec (except holidays) In Season Weekly Rate (15% off nightly rate): $1994 for 1 - 6 guests. $119 per week each additional guest May, June, July, August, October, except holidays. Add 11.75% Tax and one time $100 - $250 cleaning fee depending on number of guests. VISA and Master Card accepted.
