Off Season Weekly Rate (30% off): $2254 for 1 - 10 guests. $98 wk/each extra guest (Off Season = Jan, Feb, March, April, Sept, except holidays) In Season Weekly Rate (15% off): $2737 for 1 - 10 guests. $119 wk/each extra guest. (In Season = May, June, July, Aug, Oct, except holidays) Add 11.75% Taxes and $200 - $350 Cleaning Fee depending on # of guests. Dogs considered with prior approval & guests agree to pet policy as listed on our website. A pet rent is charged. VISA & MasterCard accepted. Prices in US Dollars.
