	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Rates based on occupancy up to 6 people. Additional guests $25 per night per guest not to exceed $150 per guest per week. $500 (refundable) security deposit. Cleaning fee: $100; Tax rate: 6.75% Generally there is a 3 night minimum stay, for holidays there is a one week minimum. PAYMENT OPTIONS: personal check, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
