	Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. A pre payment of 50% is due within 7 days after the reservations are made. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival by Personal Check, Travelers Cheque or Money Order and or Wire. Cleaning Fees - A one time cleaning fee of $175.00. Occupancy Taxes – Taxes 7% to North Carolina and 5% to Rutherford County. Total of 12%.
	Cancellation Policy: Deposits are refunded it notified within 30 days of your arrival date, less $100 cancellation fee.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
