POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Upon making the reservation, we will e-mail you a contract. Please print and sign the contract and return it to us within 10 days with a payment of 50% of the total amount as a deposit to hold the reservation. The balance must be paid within 20 days of your reservation date. We accept checks and money orders. We do not take credit cards.
	Cancellation Policy: We charge a $75.00 cancellation fee. If the unit you have reserved is re-rented for that same time period, you will recieve a full refund, minus the $75.00 cancellation fee. If the unit is not re-rented, you will lose your entire deposit. There are no time variances involved.
	Rules: You must abide by all Condominium complex rules and regulations.
