	Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. Payment is required in full for the rental amount 30days prior to rental date. A deposit is required to hold reservation of 200.00 All deposits are fully refundable after condo has been inspected for damages.
	Cancellation Policy: Should you fail to make the confirmed reservation: we retain monies paid in accordance with the foillowing schedule; Cancellation made within 14days 100% of deposit and rental retained Cancellation made within 15-29 days 50% of deposit and rental retained Cancellation made within 30 days full refund of rental but 100% of deposit is retained
	Rules: No smoking, please keep sand to a minimum, Operation of central air while doors are open is prohibited. Dogs are welcome with prior approval of owners , however owners are responsible for the clean up after your pet, Any animals not kept in control or are excessive barkers will be asked to leave with no compensation to rentor.

MAID SERVICE :

Linen service is provided in which all linenes for all beds and kitchen will be provided NO beach towels are provided Only additional charges 45.00 mandatory cleaning fee
