	Payment Policy: All Rates are in US Dollars. 7% sales tax 4% Henderson Co occupancy tax $100 non-refundable pet fee Security/Damage Deposit $200.
	Cancellation Policy: RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSIT POLICIES: A $400 deposit is required when reservations are made to hold specific dates. For rentals that are made several months in advance for my summer and holiday rentals the $400 deposit is non-refundable unless I am able to re-book the same time period.
