	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, and the rental is re-rented for the entire period of your reservation, your deposit will be returned, less (15%) administration fee. If the unit cannot be re-rented your deposit is forfeited. This does not apply to next year's hold fee ($50) which is not refundable if cancelled
	Rules: No Smoking. No Pets No Loud Music
	Check In Time: 4:00pm Check Out Time: 10:00 Time Zone: Eastern
