Pets OK with permission ($25 fee nightly/$175 weekly), $200 Security Deposit is required for pets. Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders, cashiers' checks, or personal checks payable to (Corporate Executive Housing, LLC). Cancellation Policy: A five (5) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than five (5) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within five (5) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

Rules: l. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 12 p.m. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 12 p.m. EST. NO Early Check-ins. This agreement does not create a tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time. (Special check-in and checkout arrangements can be made) 2. This is a NON-SMOKING facility. 3. Pets are permitted with permission. We can also recommend a nearby kennel if you need other options. 4. We will not rent to students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. Upon arrival renter must provide one form of proper identification: US driver’s license, international passport or some other form of proper I.D. with photo. 5. The renter shall uphold and respect the integrity of the Red Raider Trails Community while residing at Quentin Manor. 6. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A reservation deposit of $500 is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. Mail your deposit to: Corporate Executive Housing, P.O. Box 21682, South Euclid, Ohio 44121-0682. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in dumpster. d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and house is left locked. e. All charges accrued during your stay in a calendar month are paid at the end of each calendar month and/or prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g.
