Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
Each additional person is $10 per night.
A maximum of five(5) people can stay on the property.
Get 10% off ANY 5-night rental or 15% off 6 or more nights.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled prior to 14 days will forfeit a $50 deposit, if you do not re-book for another date.
Reservations canceled 14 days or less from arrival date will forfeit one night's rent.
"No-shows" who do not cancel will be charged the full nights reserved.
