All rates are in US funds.

Master Bedroom (sleeps 2): $130/night, $800/week
More than 2: Family Room (1-8): extra $30/night, $180/week
Infants, no extra charge, but call regarding special needs.
Call regarding pets and other specifics.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

 
Cancellation Policy:
30% deposit required to reserve dates. Deposit is refundable less a small processing fee, up until thirty days before the first date reserved.
 
Rules: Smoking allowed only on screened-in porch.

Guests must give host contact information regarding who to contact in case of emergency. Guests are invited to inform relatives and friends of the phone number at The Meadow House in case they need to be reached.

  MAID SERVICE :
