	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. $300 per unit. Send a separate check with final payment. Refundable within one week of your departure if unit is left in same condition as when you first occupied it.
	Cancellation Policy: If you cancel in the winter more than two weeks prior to your rental date for holidays more than one month for summer more than two months and we find another renter, 80% is refundable, otherwise 50% is refundable. Refundable in full if we must cancel.
