POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Funds Tenant to pay $300 by credit card to hold reservation. Tenant may also pay by using Pay Pal. There is an extra charge when paying by Pay Pal or credit card. Your reservation will be held 7 days pending receipt of your payment. The balance of total due, if any, shall be paid within 30 days of occupancy. We will send confirmation in the mail or email that we have received your deposit.
	Cancellation Policy: All Cancellations are subject to a $20 processing fee. Cancellations communicated more than 30 days from your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less that 30 days will be refunded in full only if the reserved time can be re-booked at the same rate. In the event that we are able to partially fill your cancelled space, we will refund the recovered amount, less a $20 processing fee. There are no refunds for early check-out. You may re-book for the same rate at another time or pay a minimum of 3 days rent plus a $50 cleaning fee.
	Rules: Pets are allowed, $25 per pet per stay.
